












The chakra system serves to oversee the balance of the human energy field, often referred to as the aura. This aura is a vibrant and evolving matrix encompassing our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual elements.
There are seven main chakras, each of which impacts a different facet of our existence. These energy centres influence our instincts, sexuality, personal power, capacity for love, communication skills, intuition, and connection to our spirituality.

ChakradanceTM classes are designed for anyone looking to explore movement as a way to enhance mental and emotional well-being, especially mothers who are on the journey to finding joy and balance in their lives.
During a session, you'll engage in free-flowing movements inspired by music designed to resonate with each chakra. There are no set dance moves to learn!
No prior experience is necessary. ChakradanceTM is about personal expression and connection, and all levels are welcome, regardless of prior dance or meditation experience.
While ChakradanceTM is a complementary practice that may aid in emotional expression and stress reduction, it is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. It's always advisable to consult with a healthcare provider for specific mental health concerns.
