These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Alchemy and Light website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Alchemy and Light ("Alchemy and Light", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Alchemy and Light, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

1. Services Offered
Alchemy and Light offerings are intended to support personal well-being, relaxation, and energy balance, but do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

You understand and agree that:
• Our services do not diagnose or promise cures.
• All services are for guidance only not for medical, professional, legal or financial advice.
• Alchemy and Light sessions are not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or prescription medications.

2. Booking, Payment,& Refunds
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, pay ID/ bank deposit, or cash.
• Private Sessions, workshops and group event cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge for the session. In the case of an emergency situation, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Digital products are non-refundable as the product is delivered immediately upon purchase.

3. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful healing environment:
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session or event.
• No inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated during sessions or workshops.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespect toward practitioners, instructors, or other participants will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund.

4. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
By participating in any service, you confirm that:
• You are fully responsible for your own well-being.
• You understand that Chakradance™ involves subtle energy work and may lead to emotional or physical releases.
• If you experience discomfort at any time, you will communicate this to the practitioner immediately.

5. Liability Disclaimer
• You release Alchemy and Light from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after any session or event.
• If you experience any adverse effects, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical attention.

6. Intellectual Property
• All materials provided in courses, workshops, or sessions (manuals, meditations, techniques) are the intellectual property of Alchemy and Light and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. You may use the materials for personal use, but reselling or teaching based on these materials requires explicit consent.​

7.Currency
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)

8. Levies & Taxes
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to keep abreast of the ever-changing taxation policies of every country in the world, so we regret that (outside of Australia) it is your responsibility to pay any tax or levy that your government may choose to impose on your purchase from us.

9. Links to other Resources
Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. Some of the links on the Website may be ‘affiliate links’. This means if you click on the link and purchase an item, Alchemy & Light will receive an affiliate commission.
