Coincidence or Synchronicity?

✨ I love the synchronicities that can be found in the world!✨

So many people don’t see it as magic but merely as co-incidence, however, when you look at co-incidences as just random events, you fail to see patterns and messages that can have great meaning for you.

Let me take you on my path of synchronicity over the past few weeks…

Firstly, I realized that I would be running 4 Sacral Chakra Classes within a 4-week period! This wasn’t planned but just how all my Chakradance™ courses have appeared at this time.

The sacral chakra is related to the Divine Feminine. It speaks to us of creativity, nurturing, passion, and flow. Its element is water and through this chakra we embrace the ‘juiciness’ of life.

The synchronicities I’ve experienced have been highlighting the themes of creativity and ‘going with the flow’.

Messages that have appeared during Chakradance™ or dreams include “The lotus grows without knowing the plan”, and “Be like water – follow the path of least resistance”.

I’ve been struggling with a particular decision and these messages tell me to let go of the struggle and let the path unfold. (Control freak be gone!!)

Then, a Tawny Frog Mouth was in my path when driving home the other night. I slowed the car to a stop and rather than fly off, she turned her head slowly as if sizing me up. I thought she wasn’t going to move, so I slowly began to drive around her, when she flew away…. straight across my path.

When I looked up the spiritual meaning of this bird, the ‘Cosmic Animal Deck’ said,

“…the Tawny Owl changes your view…Owls are known for being wise, and that’s because perspective bring wisdom by allowing us to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Focusing on obstacles can pull us toward them, distracting us from where we truly want to go.”

Then, the next day, a friend shares a video from Peter Crone who says that by thinking that the life you have is not the life you want, you are in resistance to the life you have.

So, a couple of messages about changing my perspective! (Time to stand on my head???)🙃

And, to really drive the message home, I wake the next day with my left knee having decided to join the party – it was so swollen!

What on earth is this about? So, I open up Inna Segal’s book “The Secret Language of Your Body“ and see that the left knee relates to issues with a significant female.

And then I see the almost invisible thread that joins it all. The decision I’ve been struggling with is convolutedly related to a woman who I had a painful experience with last year, and all of this is part of the decision I need to make to move forward and fully separate from that energy.

I need to change my perspective, trust in the path, and go with the flow!

I journaled about all of these synchronicities, and realized I needed to process the betrayal I felt, reframe it, and let it go. I also had to change my perspective about the decision I have to make and not see it as something I have to do but an opportunity that will be of value to me.

The next day my swollen knee had improved.

And, a new option appeared in relation to the decision I had to make.

Seriously, you can’t make this up!! Well, maybe if you are a good fiction story teller but I’m not.
